Customers are eligible for a return on full priced items within 14 days of purchase. To guarantee a return or exchange, items need to be in their original condition, tags need to be on, and in the original packaging.
Eyelashes, earrings, hats, beanies, bathing suits, and bodysuits are not eligible for returns due to sanitary precautions.
SAUCEE reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any item sent to SAUCEE with stains such as makeup, deodorant, etc. will not be accepted for a return or exchange and a reshipping fee will be applied. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not eligible for a refund.

We will then determine if your order is eligible for a return. You are responsible for pack all items in its original packaging, the return or exchange shipping costs. Please purchase a label from a carrier of your choice. Ship the items to the address provided.
Once SAUCEE has received your return or exchange and has met all the return requirements, SAUCEE will credit the money to the original form of payment. Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item was received by SAUCEE. You will be informed via the email if the transaction was processed.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to SAUCEE, SAUCEE will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.
If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at email@example.com with the order number, faulty or incorrect item, and pictures of the item that was received damaged. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof.
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
If you require a replacement size, color or alternative item/s, you are required to send the items back to SAUCEE. Once received and the order has been refunded you are required to place a new order.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
All Final Sale Items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Any Final Sale Items that are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
SAUCEE ONLY SHIPS IN THE UNITED STATES.
Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days from the order date. All orders will be processed and shipped Monday through Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm PST. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend, or holiday your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.
All orders will be shipped following verification and payment authorization. Please make sure your billing information is correct. In the event that your billing information is incorrect, your order may be delayed.
HAWAII, ALASKA, AND PUERTO RICO SHIPPING:

All packages are shipped with USPS.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”.
A $15 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason.
All items on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All discounted items are FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to add or remove items from our sale tab at any time. Any sale or final sale item received for a return or exchange will not be honored.
